Help, I’m Not Getting Emails 

Email often goes to spam, promotions tabs or trash. Try searching your inbox for any of the following keywords: “Marna Thall”, “Kate, “support@thinwithinlife.com”, or “ThinWithin Life.

Add marna@thinwithinlife.com to your trusted list of senders, contacts or address book. Also known as “Whitelisting.”

  1. Open your spam folder.
  2. Open an email from Marna or support@thinwithinlife.com
  3. Mark it as “not spam”.

IF YOU ARE A GMAIL user…you use these instructions for email that goes to your PROMOTIONS TAB.

  1. Find a ThinWithin Life email.
  2. Drag email to your PRIMARY TAB.
  3. It will ask you if you want all emails to go to that folder. Of course you do!

You can also CONFIGURE YOUR INBOX. Check or uncheck the tabs you want to see in your inbox. Unchecking the promotions tab often helps get our emails to you.

How Do I Receive Coaching and Support?

The absolute BEST way to receive coaching support and help is to come to the live coaching call each month with Marna to get your questions answered.

In addition, you can always ask the community in the Facebook group for support as well. Marna and her team monitor the group on a regular basis.

You can ask them anything from weight loss to where to find features to questions about life.

 

How Do I Know What’s Going On This Month?

Great question! 

1. First you want to start with your orientation to help guide you through the membership site. 

2. Then, the current monthly workshop and calendar is located at the top menu bar HERE.

I’m Confused. What Does My Membership Pay For?

Your low monthly membership gives you access to – 

  1. Marna’s monthly workshops
  2. Live Coaching with Marna throughout the month 
  3. A library full of workshops at your fingertips to enjoy and take action on
  4. The ThinWithin Method Course – a six-module, 18 step weight loss course with frequent updates and changes
  5. EFT Tapping with Kate on a monthly  bases
  6. We can set you up in a private members-only accountability group
  7. Support group masterminds throughout the month
  8. Replays of all trainings and coaching sessions

Can I Request a Topic for a Workshop or Resource Idea?

Absolutely! We love hearing your ideas for new workshops and resource ideas. 

Just head to the “Contact Us” page and let us know what topic you would like for us to teach on.

Do I Have to Be On Facebook to Participate?

No. Not at all! Everything you need is here inside of the membership site. 

 

How Do I Update My Credit Card?

1. Login to the site as normal.

2. Click the ACCOUNT link from the top menu.

3. Click SUBSCRIPTIONS.

4. Click UPDATE.

5. Put in your new credit card information.

6. Click the button to save and update your credit card information.

How Do I Cancel My Membership and What Happens When I Cancel?

REMEMBER! When you cancel your membership, you will no longer have access to the course, live trainings, workshops, the private Facebook group, or your accountability group.  You will also no longer have access to future trainings, workshops or replays.  

If you decide to come back in the future, which you are always welcome to do, you will pay the current enrollment fee and monthly membership rate. 

All members are grandfathered into their current subscription rate as long as they are a member in good standing. If our price goes up and you are a member, your price never increases.

To cancel your membership, head to the Contact Us Tab or email Kate at kate@thinwithin.com if you’d like to cancel your membership or have questions regarding your membership. You may cancel at any time, we just ask for thirty (30) days notice to complete your cancellation.
