Well, you’ve made it through the ThinWithin Life™ Course! You’ve learned so much about how to lose weight the way you will live your life.

Just some of what you’ve learned –

  1. You learn essential ways that the naturally thin approach food, hunger, satiation, meals, listing and honoring their bodies to stay healthy and lean year after year.
  2. You met your future self and aligned your vision and thinking with that of of the person you desire. 
  3. You found ways to bring more love into your eating while being a more loving and kind version of yourself.
  4. You learned how to eat when your body feels hungry and how to stop when your body, not your mind, has had enough and feels satisfied.
  5. You learned and practiced numerous tools to help your brain and your body lose weight.
  6. You discovered that NOTHING is more important than training and reprogramming your MIND to create create the health and weight loss you crave.
  7. You learned the power of adding mindfulness, ways to begin to feel your feelings and tools to help you get in front of food cravings and emotional eating challenges.

You’re now ready for the next steps and you have so many options.

  • You can join me live for our monthly workshops.
  • You can pick the self-paced workshops to do on your own.
  • You can join me for live coaching calls or for masterminds.
  • You can listen to previous coaching call replays.
  • You can head to the resources page and pick track where you are at, assess an area or download a form that you want added support around.
  • You can take the course again, which I recommend you do at least twice a year because you’ll open yourself to new information, things that were blindspots will open up to you as you travel through the course again and again. You’ll remind yourself of things you just didn’t remember doing that created great results that you forgot about. or  You’ll read new things for the first time, you’ll see things you didn’t remember, and you’ll know what you’ve got to double down on.

I just want you to know that I am so incredibly proud of you!!! You have learned everything you need to know about what it takes to lose weight for the LAST time. No more dieting, no more silly potions or pills, no more doing things on your own.
