Module 3: Quiz

This module is a module full of a variety of aspects of tuning in to consciously create and be the person you want.

1. Most of the time you are eating foods that both taste good and also work well in your body. 

2.  Meals are slower and more mindful so you can TASTE them.

3.  You are beautifying your meals, your thoughts, your clothes and your environment so that they reflect the beauty in which you are.
